Awake fairly early as you would expect and we checked out about
8.30am. I had to go across to the terminal to get a luggage trolley as the hotel
was not keen for me to take theirs over there. No problem we managed OK. A
photo is included of our luggage so you will realise why I am mentioning it. It’s
quite a lot but it does have to do us for more than 3 months.
Travelling business class for the extra luggage allowance
also entitled us to go to the Qantas club and have breakfast which we did. Our
flight to Sydney was a little late leaving but heh, we are on holidays so it
did not worry us. We needed a station wagon taxis to get us to our apartment
due to that luggage again but we now have a nice apartment for a few days which
is on the 55th floor and has great views. For those of you who have
Facebook will see that Kenny is already complaining but he had better watch out
or we may replace him with a Kangaroo.
